溶解乙炔气瓶筒体纵缝的焊接,多数采用双面埋弧焊或双面CO_2气体保护焊,既费工,又容易产生焊接缺陷。特别是气瓶的反复拍片、返修,要耗费很多人力,而且返修合格率低,往往造成筒体变形。为提高劳动生产率及焊缝的一次合格率,对筒体纵缝采用埋弧自动焊的单面焊双面成形工艺,使焊缝一次合格率达到90%以上。现将焊接工艺过程简介如下: 1.焊前准备筒体卷圆后在纵缝两端焊引弧、熄弧板。引弧、熄弧板长150mm、宽100mm,并在焊前冲压成与筒体相同的弧度,见图1。

In order to improve labor productivity and weld pass rate, the use of submerged arc welding of longitudinal seam welding double-sided surface forming process, the weld pass rate of 90%. Welding process is now briefed as follows: 1. Preparation of the cylinder before welding after the longitudinal seam welded arc, extinguishing plate. Arc, arc plate length 150mm, width 100mm, and stamping into the same arc before welding, as shown in Figure 1.
