本文观测38例冠心病心绞痛(Angina Pectoris,AP)、急性心肌梗塞(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶类(Superoxide dismutases,SODs)活性的动态变化,发现AMI患者血清锰超氧化物歧化酶(Manganese superoxide dismutase,MnSOD)的活性于发病的即刻或数小时、第一、二天明显高于正常人,第三天开始下降,逐渐恢复正常,病变继续恶化者,MnSOD活性第三、四天持续上升,而铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Copper/Zinc superoxide dismutase,,Cu/ZnSOD)活性变化不大。提示检测血清MnSOD的变化,对AMI疾病的诊断、病变进展及预后均有意义。
In this paper, we observed the dynamic changes of serum superoxide dismutases (SODs) in 38 patients with angina pectoris (AP) and acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
