目的了解中国空空导弹研究院20~59岁职工体重指数与代谢综合征(MS)及其组分之间的关系。方法采用整群抽样,群内普查的方法,从中国空空导弹研究院职工中挑选出资料完整的1000人进行调查。调查内容包括问卷调查和体格检查。并将1000名职工按体重指数(BMI=体重/身高2)分为体重过低、正常、超重及肥胖组。分析体重指数与MS及其组分的关系。结果在体重指数过低、正常、超重及肥胖组中,MS的发病率分别为0,0.3%,20.9%,39.0%。除高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)外,MS的各组分患病率随BMI增加而增高。结论随着BMI的升高,MS及其各组分(除HDL-C外)的发病率上升。
Objective To understand the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and metabolic syndrome (MS) and its components in Chinese workers at 20-59 years old. Methods The method of cluster sampling and group census was used to select 1000 people with complete data from the staff of China Academy of Air and Missile Research. Survey includes questionnaires and physical examination. And 1000 workers were divided into body weight index (BMI = weight / height 2) into underweight, normal, overweight and obesity group. Analysis of the relationship between body mass index and MS and its components. Results The incidence of MS was 0, 0.3%, 20.9% and 39.0% respectively in the group with low body mass index, normal, overweight and obesity. In addition to high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), the prevalence of each component of MS increases with increasing BMI. Conclusion With the increase of BMI, the incidence of MS and its components (except HDL-C) increased.
