自行研制的电控点火系统由以8031单片机为核心的控制器和电容放电式点火装置组成。本文着重探讨了微机控制的点火系统的控制方法、高压在各缸的分配及保证点火系统可靠地工作的方法。研究表明,利用该系统可以有效地实现现有发动机的电控点火。Electric controlled ignition system developed by one self composes of controller which takes8031 single sheet unit as centre and discharge capacity ignition unit. The article places emphasis on exploring controlling ways of the control system, high tension distribution in cylinders and safe working method of ensuring the system. The researches show that electric controlled ignition for present engin may be realized effectively with the system.
Self-developed electronic ignition system consists of 8031 microcontroller as the core of the controller and capacitor discharge ignition device. This article focuses on the computer-controlled ignition system control methods, high-pressure distribution in each cylinder and ensure that the ignition system to work reliably.
