喷射磨的最大特点是利用流体能、没有可动部件。最近一个时期,各工业领域对超细粉碎的要求越来越多,因而喷射磨的使用也更广泛。本文介绍了喷射磨的细粉碎理论、设计基础。指出目前生产的 N.p.k-pJM 型的特点是采用压缩机断热膨胀、温度下降,粉碎室内温度不上升。对低融点、弱热物质很容易粉碎。该机可将物料从几微米碎到1微米。因为机内是物料粒子互相撞击而进行粉碎的,因而粉碎机内部没有摩耗,不混入杂质。
Jet grinding is the most prominent feature of the use of fluid energy, there is no moving parts. In recent times, there has been an increasing demand for ultrafine comminution in various industrial fields, and the use of jet mills has also become more widespread. This article describes the fine grinding theory of jet mill, the design basis. It is pointed out that the current production of N.p.k-pJM type is characterized by the fact that the compressor is used for thermal expansion and contraction, the temperature drops, and the temperature in the crushing room does not rise. On the low melting point, weak heat material is easy to crush. The machine can be broken from a few microns to 1 micron material. Because the machine is the impact of the material particles crushed each other, so there is no wear and tear within the mill, do not mix impurities.
