卧式卷纬机的零件揿手(见附图)是停车的主要零件,使用中头部磨损较大,需要淬火。此零件由2mm厚A3钢板落料成型(件2),头部焊接一块2mm厚45钢板制成的头子(件1),然后淬火、回火、发黑。淬火时,利用小孔串挂在专用挂具上在盐浴炉局部加热淬火,再清除残盐,这样既耗能又费时,费用也较高。我们发现在两件点焊结合时,头部焊接部位温度普遍达到820℃左右,而且比较均匀。根据45钢的相变温度
