妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是指妊娠期首次出现或诊断的糖尿病。妊娠期糖尿病会影响后代感知运动的发展,可能与患者妊娠期间胎儿花生四稀酸(AA)及不饱和脂肪酸二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的吸收不良有关,这种影响在年龄较小的孩子身上更加明显。妊娠期血糖控制的满意程度对后代神经心理及神经运动或智力的发育尤为重要。妊娠期糖尿病患者后代早期哺乳对其神经心理发展有利,但会推迟语言的发育,导致认知发育的负面影响。由于相关研究较少,值得进一步深入探讨。
