对特晚熟荔枝优良芽变新种质‘GLL-1’主要生物学特性、主要植物学性状和主要果实经济性状等进行了观测分析,采样做SSR分子标记检测,并与‘禾荔’开展比较试验。结果表明:‘GLL-1’芽变种质资源成熟期比‘禾荔’推迟半个月左右,保持了‘禾荔’的丰产、稳产特性,8月上中旬成熟,品质优良;果皮龟裂片锥尖状突起,焦核率高达92.3%;经EST-SSR引物进行SSR扩增分析,引物SSR4和300bp处的特异条带区分并鉴定‘GLL-1’的变异。‘GLL-1’芽变种质资源的发现,将为特晚熟荔枝品种的选育提供重要材料。
The main biological characteristics of GLL-1, the main botanical traits and the economic characteristics of main fruits of the late-maturing late-mature litchi germplasm were observed and analyzed. Samples were taken for SSR molecular marker detection and compared with that of ’Wo Li’ test. The results showed that the germplasm resources of ’GLL-1’ germplasm matured for about half a month than that of ’Wo Li’, maintained the high yield and stable yield characteristics of ’Wo Li’ and matured in mid-August and had good quality. Cone-shaped protuberances and focal nuclear rates were as high as 92.3%. SSR amplification was carried out using EST-SSR primers. Specific bands at primer 300 and primer SSR4 were discriminated and the variation of ’GLL-1’ was identified. The discovery of GLL-1 bud germplasm resources will provide important materials for the breeding of late-maturing litchi varieties.
