本文利用自行组装的激光诱导荧光 CCD阵列检测器 计算机联用装置 ,建立了一种测定食品中锌的灵敏方法。在乙酸 乙酸铵 ( pH =4 )缓冲溶液中 ,Zn(Ⅱ )与SCN、罗丹明B(RhB)反应生成Zn SCN RhB配合物 ,经乙醚萃取后 ,以YAG激光二倍频 5 32nm为激发波长 ,在 5 80nm处测定荧光强度 ,优化了反应及食品样品的处理条件 ,用于食品试样中锌的测定 ,获得了满意的结果 ,方法检出限 4ng/mL ,加标回收率90 0~ 1 1 0 0 % ,相对标准偏差为 2 0~ 9 7%。
In this paper, a self-assembled laser-induced fluorescence CCD array detector computer combined device, established a sensitive method for the determination of zinc in food. Zn (Ⅱ) reacted with SCN and rhodamine B (RhB) to form Zn SCN RhB complex in ammonium acetate (pH = 4) buffer solution. After extraction with diethyl ether, YAG laser doubler 532 nm excitation wavelength , The fluorescence intensity was measured at 580 nm, the reaction and the processing conditions of food samples were optimized, and the results were satisfactory for the determination of zinc in food samples. The detection limit was 4 ng / mL, the recovery was 90 0 ~ The average relative standard deviation was 20 ~ 97%.
