目的通过调查桂林两江国际机场蝇类的本底情况,为口岸蝇类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用诱蝇笼法对蝇类的种群构成、密度和季节消长等情况进行调查。结果 2014年1—12月共捕获成蝇3 485只,经分类鉴定隶属于5科16属21种;优势种为巨尾阿丽蝇(35.84%);年平均密度为14.5只/笼·d,密度高峰期为5月;航站楼蝇密度最高。结论本次调查基本掌握了桂林两江国际机场蝇类的本底情况,为口岸蝇类防治工作提供了科学依据。
Objective To investigate the background of flies in Guilin Liangjiang International Airport to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of flies in ports. Methods The flies cage method was used to investigate the population composition, density and seasonal fluctuation of flies. Results A total of 3 485 adult flies were collected from January to December 2014, belonging to 16 genera and 5 families, belonging to 16 genera and 5 families. The dominant species was Altira giganticum (35.84%). The average annual density was 14.5 per cage per day , The peak of density in May; terminal flies highest density. Conclusion The survey basically grasped the background of flies in Guilin Liangjiang International Airport and provided a scientific basis for the prevention and control of flies in ports.
