近年来,我国市场经济进入了高速发展阶段,这对很多企业的生存力造成了极大的影响。很多企业在不断地进行变革,在这个过程中出现了大量的精简人员情况,同时也暴露出许多问题,造成了企业员工与企业产生了很多矛盾纠纷。特别是对于一些农垦企业而言,在这种经济背景下,出现了大量的人才流失和社会保险保险延续等情况,这给农垦企业带来了极大的负担。人民调解工作是解决以上问题的重要手段。通过人民调解工作的顺利展开,可以缓解员工和企业之间的相互矛盾,为企业的发展提供了良好的保障,也同时保证了员工的合法利益。因此加强人民调解工作刻不容缓,需要引起各企业的高度重视。
In recent years, the market economy of our country has entered a stage of rapid development, which has greatly affected the viability of many enterprises. Many enterprises are making continuous changes. During this process, a large number of streamlined staff members have emerged, exposing many problems at the same time, resulting in many contradictions and disputes between employees and enterprises. In particular, for some land reclamation enterprises, under such economic background, a great deal of brain drain and social insurance insurance renewal have occurred, which brings a great burden to the land reclamation enterprises. People’s mediation work is an important means of solving the above problems. Through the smooth development of people’s mediation work, it can ease the mutual contradictions between employees and enterprises, provide good protection for the development of the enterprise, and at the same time ensure the legitimate interests of employees. Therefore, it is imperative to step up people’s mediation efforts and it needs to be given high priority by all enterprises.
