应用Ames试验和HEL细胞毒性试验对B区等地大气飘尘有机提取物进行了研究,结果表明提取物有较强的直接致突变能力,能诱发移码型突变;对体外培养的HEL 细胞有明显的毒性作用,此作用可由培养液中的血清减低。样品的致突变活性及细胞毒性作用随提取物浓度增高而增强,呈剂量-反应关系。
The Ames test and HEL cytotoxicity test were used to study the airborne dust organic extracts in area B and other places. The results showed that the extracts had strong direct mutagenicity and could induce frame-shift mutations; the HEL cells cultured in vitro had obvious The toxic effect can be reduced by serum in the culture fluid.
