三钾二枸橼酸铋剂（Tripotassium dicitrato-bismuthate简称TDB）治疗消化性胃溃疡，促使近期愈合，有良好的疗效。国内尚未见采用TDB冲剂的疗效报道。我院于1984年10月—1985年8月采用TDB冲剂治疗活动期胃溃疡患者，和安慰剂进行双盲对比，观察近期疗效。现将结果报道于下：
Tripotassium dicitrato-bismuthate (TDB) for the treatment of peptic ulcer, prompting the recent healing, has a good effect. The effect of using TDB granules has not been reported yet in China. Our hospital from October 1984 to August 1985 TDB granules in patients with active gastric ulcer, and placebo for double-blind comparison, observe the short-term efficacy. The results are reported below:
