醋酸维生素E(EVA)常制成口服油溶液制剂。近来,Tokumura等报道了将维生素E(VE)油溶液填充入胶囊的生物利用度比固体制剂高。另一方面,象乳剂和脂质体这类脂质分散体系可成为脂溶性药物的有效制剂。而且,实验亦表明中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(MCTG)可增加人体对VE的吸收。本研究测定了大鼠口服含MCTG卵磷脂水分散体 (Ⅰ)、大豆溶液(Ⅱ)和吐温80水溶液(Ⅲ)三种VEA制剂(处方见表)的生物利用度。实验用体重170~250g雄性Wistar大鼠,禁食12小时,麻醉后经胃管、胸导管、十二指肠内分别给予三种制剂,定期抽取24小
Vitamin E acetate (EVA) often made oral oil solution formulations. Recently, Tokumura et al. Reported that the bioavailability of a vitamin E (VE) oil solution into a capsule is higher than that of a solid preparation. Lipid dispersions, such as emulsions and liposomes, on the other hand, can be effective formulations for lipophilic drugs. Moreover, experiments have also shown that medium chain fatty acid triglycerides (MCTG) can increase the body’s absorption of VE. The present study determined the bioavailability of three VEA preparations (prescriptions) of rats orally administered with aqueous MCTG lecithin dispersion (I), soy solution (II) and Tween 80 solution (III). Experimental weight 170 ~ 250g male Wistar rats, fasting for 12 hours, after anesthesia through the stomach tube, thoracic duct, duodenum were given three formulations, regular extraction of 24 small
