滚动直插式机动水稻插秧机多数采用转臂滑道机构控制秧爪运动轨迹,为使同一轨迹控制机构能适应不同株距在不稳定的前进速度下栽插秧苗,采取了秧爪入土后失控的方法,即秧爪运动不再受滑道控制。本文就各地的经验进行分析,提出通过受力分析确定失控系数(?)_s,并由此探讨秧爪在失控后的运动趋向对秧苗插直度的影响,以提高失控效果,减少滑道受力,从而探求滑道入土段的合理曲线参数。
