目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿急慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:146例6岁～14岁小儿急慢性鼻窦炎患者,应用中西医结合的方法治疗15天为1疗程。结果:小儿急性鼻窦炎患者治愈率98%,小儿慢性鼻窦炎患者治愈率91%,有效率100%。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿急慢性鼻窦炎疗效好,小儿的痛苦小,值得基层医院临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of children with acute and chronic sinusitis. Methods: 146 cases of children aged 6 to 14 years with acute and chronic sinusitis patients, the application of Integrative Medicine for 15 days for a course of treatment. Results: The cure rate of children with acute sinusitis was 98%. The cure rate of children with chronic sinusitis was 91% and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of children with acute and chronic sinusitis good effect, pediatric pain is small, it is worth to promote the use of primary hospital clinics.
