立德树人是教育的根本任务,学校德育注重培养和提高学生的品德。本文从学校德育的五个原则出发,谈学校德育工作效果的提升,避免德育工作形式化。让德育真正走入学生内心,触碰学生心灵,让学生由内因的激化而触发外在的改变,最终实现学生人格的完善和素养的提升。
