我们自1989年起，对巨大原发性肝癌行术前局部大剂量快速放疗，现将有关资料报告如下。1资料一般资料20例中年龄最小24岁，最大59岁，平均44.5岁。男性19例，女性1例。上腹部疼痛17例，腹块5例，有明确肝炎史9例。全部病例经B超、CT检查，右肝癌14例，左肝癌6例（其中肝门部癌3 Since 1989, we have performed large-area fast-acting radiation therapy on massive primary hepatocellular carcinoma before surgery. We now report the relevant information as follows. 1 General Information The 20 cases were youngest 24 years old, up to 59 years old and averaged 44.5 years old. There were 19 males and 1 female. There were 17 cases of epigastric pain, 5 cases of abdominal mass, and 9 cases of history of hepatitis. All cases were examined by B-ultrasonography and CT. There were 14 cases of right hepatocellular carcinoma and 6 cases of left hepatocellular carcinoma (including hepatic portal cancer 3).
