20 kV电压等级供电等级的提出可以追溯至1980年,经过论证,1992年以推荐方式列入GB156。1993年在苏州新加坡工业园区兴建时,江苏省电力工业局同意采用20 kV全电缆供电方式进行供电,由此我国第一个该电压配电网项目进行试点,1996年投入运行。中国电力科学院对20 kV供电进行过专题研究。2008年6月19日～20日,江苏省电机工程学会、江苏省电力公司在苏州召开了推广20kV电压等级供电学术研讨会,20 kV电压等级供电再度成为关注焦点,本刊记者就此走访了中国电力科学院供用电所总工程师范明天。
The 20 kV power supply level can be traced back to 1980. After demonstration, it was listed in recommended way in GB156.1993 at the construction of the New Kampuchea Chamber of Construction in 1992. Jiangsu Electric Power Bureau agreed to use 20 kV all-cable power supply Power supply, which China’s first pilot project of the distribution network with voltage, put into operation in 1996. China Electric Power Research Institute conducted a special study on 20 kV power supply. From June 19 to June 20, 2008, Jiangsu Institute of Electrical Engineering and Jiangsu Electric Power Company convened a seminar on the promotion of 20kV voltage power supply in Suzhou. Power supply of 20kV voltage level once again became the focus of attention. Our correspondents visited China Electric Power Academy Chief Engineer Fan Mingtian.
