本文利用水热法合成L型沸石导向剂,应用XRD,电子衍射等方法得出其导向活性的形成由诱导期,活性生长期及活性稳定期三个阶段组成,并证明导向活性组分是L型沸石的晶核前驱,且表面富硅,其晶胞常数a=1.83nm,c=0.75nm;由晶核前驱至晶核形成和晶体成长过程的表观活化能分别为~29kJ/mol和~78kJ/mol.我们还利用该导向剂合成出不同颗粒度的L型沸石,并分别测定他们的水、苯和正已烷的吸附等温线以及某些催化性能.
In this paper, hydrothermal synthesis of L-type zeolite directing agent, the application of XRD, electron diffraction and other methods to derive the formation of its guiding activity from the induction period, the active growth phase and the active stability of the three phases, and proves that the active ingredient is guided L Type zeolite and its surface is rich in silicon with a unit cell constant a = 1.83nm and c = 0.75nm. The apparent activation energies from nucleus precursor to nucleus formation and crystal growth are ~ 29kJ / mol and ~ 78kJ / mol.We also use this directing agent to synthesize L zeolites with different particle sizes and determine their adsorption isotherms of water, benzene and n-hexane as well as some catalytic properties respectively.
