体育运动有助于满足当今大学生的内心需求,完善心理成长,并得到了大学生的普遍青睐和信任。但在舞蹈运动过程中,不可避免的会产生运动伤害,是运动的反面效用。文章主要分析了舞蹈运动损伤发生的原因,以及常见的运动伤害,并有针对性的提出了舞蹈运动的预防措施。
Sports help to meet the inner needs of today’s college students, improve mental growth, and has been generally favored and trusted by college students. However, in the dance process, it is inevitable that there will be sports injuries, which is the opposite effect of sports. The article mainly analyzes the causes of dance sports injuries, as well as the common sports injuries, and puts forward some preventive measures for dance sports.
