目的探讨空腹血糖受损(IFG)对颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的影响。方法于2010-2011年随机分层抽取唐山开滦(集团)有限责任公司在职及离退休职工中≥40岁、既往无脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、心肌梗死者共5852人为调查对象,最终纳入统计分析的共5392人,进行统一问卷调查、血液生化及颈动脉超声检查。根据2003年美国糖尿病协会IFG诊断标准将研究对象分为3组:理想血糖组(空腹血糖<5.6mmol/L,n=3652)、IFG组(空腹血糖5.6~<7.0mmol/L,n=1236)和糖尿病组(空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L,n=504)。采用多因素Logistic回归分析IFG对CIMT的影响。结果糖尿病组CIMT均值高于理想血糖组和IFG组(0.90比0.81、0.82 mm,均P<0.05),IFG组CIMT高于理想血糖组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,调整其他危险因素后,IFG与CIMT增厚无关(OR0.929,95%CI0.757~1.140,P>0.05)。结论 IFG可能与CIMT增厚无关。
Objective To investigate the effect of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) on carotid artery intima-media thickness (CIMT). Methods From 2010 to 2011, stratified random sampling of Kailuan (Group) Co., Ltd. employees and retired workers in Tangshan ≥ 40 years old, without previous stroke, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction were a total of 5852 people for the survey, Finally, a total of 5392 people included in the statistical analysis, a unified questionnaire, blood biochemistry and carotid ultrasound. The subjects were divided into three groups according to IFD diagnostic criteria of 2003 American Diabetes Association: ideal blood glucose group (fasting blood glucose <5.6mmol / L, n = 3652), IFG group (fasting blood glucose 5.6 ~ <7.0mmol / L, n = 1236 ) And diabetic group (fasting blood glucose≥7.0mmol / L, n = 504). The influence of IFG on CIMT was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results The mean CIMT in diabetes mellitus group was higher than those in ideal glucose group and IFG group (0.90 vs 0.81, 0.82 mm, all P <0.05). The CIMT in IFG group was higher than that in ideal blood glucose group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that IFG was not related to CIMT thickening (OR0.929, 95% CI0.757 ~ 1.140, P> 0.05) after adjusting for other risk factors. Conclusion IFG may not be related to thickening of CIMT.
