热工性能和力学性能是水泥基复合保温材料最基本的两个技术要求,用于屋面保温工程和复合保温砌块填充材料时必须具有较高的抗压强度,用于外墙保温工程保温层、复合保温板和复合外墙板芯层时则须具备适宜的抗压强度和抗拉强度。本文研究了干表观密度为(200±20)g/m3的水泥基复合保温材料力学性能,通过优选与控制超轻骨料、优化复合胶材料组成、采用纤维增强与混杂增强、界面强化技术等措施,可有效保证水泥基复合保温材料的抗拉强度和抗压强度,以满足工程设计和应用要求。
