介绍了PIC单片机实现掘进工作面双局扇自动切换控制系统中的应用,通过PIC单片机控制矿井局部通风机实现自动控制。通过风速传感器,接受到平率信号,传输给PIC控制器,由控制器自动判断风的变化,由另外一台风机,补充风量,确保井下矿道有一个稳定风速。PIC在自动监控当中,随时可判断出接受的信号,信号源是否稳定,由此信号源触发PIC外围控制电路,以达到快速灵活地控制风机。
This paper introduces the application of PIC singlechip to realize automatic switch control system of two-stand fan in driving face and realizes automatic control by controlling the local ventilator of mine by PIC single-chip microcomputer. The wind speed sensor receives the flat rate signal and transmits it to the PIC controller. The controller automatically determines the change of the wind speed. The wind speed is supplemented by another fan to ensure a stable wind speed at the underground mine. PIC in the automatic monitoring which, at any time to determine the acceptable signal, the signal source is stable, which triggered the signal PIC peripheral control circuit, in order to achieve fast and flexible control of the fan.
