To the Editor:Alcohol dependence is a severe mental disorder that can have devastating physical and psychological impacts on patients.Alcohol dependence is reported to be one of the leading causes of death among people aged between 15 and 49 years.[1] Thus, comprehensive interventions are important for reducing mortality and disability among patients with alcohol dependence.
