我厂旧砂再生是采用干法再生,其示意结构如下图所示,全套设备按装占用面积只有21米~2,生产效率1.5米~3/时,将干燥的旧砂砂团破碎后,用振动筛将铁块、废物筛出。筛好的旧砂由斗式提升机提升至旧砂分离箱3,旧砂在分离箱内顺着可调节的活叶片14下落。在下落的过程中,由抽风机4将旧砂中的灰尘和细砂抽至旋凤除尘器6内,灰尘由旋风除尘器的上端顺着灰尘排出管8至水池7中。细砂由旋凤除尘器下端排出。在旧砂分离箱中由于受风力大小不同的影响能将旧砂分成为大粒,中粒和细粒无尘砂。由于使用了这套旧砂再生设备,在生产上带来以下几点好处: 1.旧砂经处理之后,能分成大粒、中粒和细粒砂三级,这样能合理地按排配砂种类,
