本文报告以特殊形式表现的急性白血病24例,占同期(1957年～1981年)住院急性白血病患者的2.2％。其中皮损型6例,骨痛型5例,肿瘤型4例,胸膜炎1例,心包炎1例,类甲状腺炎1例,脾周围炎及脾破裂各1例,下肢瘫痪1例,血栓性静脉炎1例,肺梗死1例,骨坏死1例。由于这些病人首发症状不典型,临床表现特殊,故诊断较困难,易引起误
This article reports 24 cases of acute leukemia in a special form, accounting for 2.2% of hospitalized patients with acute leukemia during the same period (1957 ~ 1981). There were 6 cases of lesion, 5 cases of bone pain, 4 cases of tumor, 1 case of pleurisy, 1 case of pericarditis, 1 case of thyroiditis, 1 case of peri-spleen inflammation and splenic rupture, 1 case of lower limb paralysis, 1 case of thrombosis 1 case of phlebitis, 1 case of pulmonary infarction and 1 case of osteonecrosis. Due to the first symptom of these patients is not typical, the clinical manifestations of special, it is more difficult to diagnose, easy to cause mistakes
