中国教育正进入教育思想再启蒙、教育哲学再回归、教育实践再创新的新时代。教育部于2014年启动“校长国培计划”中小学名校长领航班,从全国各地选拔64名优秀校长进行新中国成立以来最高级别的中小学校长培训。这些校长有思想、有情怀、有担当、有追求,拥有成功的教育教学和教育管理实践经验,是第四代校长中的杰出代表;他们也面临理论体系不完善等学术瓶颈,所承担的实践引领、辐射示范、理论构建等历史责任尤为艰巨。在领航校长培养中,应整体构建理论与实践相结合的课程体系和导师队伍,不断提升其学术能力和实践理性。
China’s education is entering the re-enlightenment of educational thinking, education philosophy and then return to education and practice a new era of re-innovation. In 2014, the Ministry of Education launched the “Principal Guo Pei Program” pilot pilot of primary and secondary school principals, and selected 64 outstanding principals from all over the country for the training of the highest level primary and secondary school principals since the founding of People’s Republic of China. These principals are outstanding representatives of the fourth generation of principals with their thoughts, feelings, acting, pursuing and successful practical experiences in education, teaching and educational management. They also face academic bottlenecks and practices in the imperfect theoretical system Historical responsibility such as leading, demonstrating radiation, constructing theory is particularly arduous. In the training of pilot principals, we should construct a curriculum system and a team of teachers that combine theory with practice as a whole, and constantly improve their academic capabilities and practical rationality.
