本文简述了水溶性极压抗磨添加剂存在的问题,合成了水溶性十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯稀土络合物,考察了该类络合物添加剂在水中的极压抗磨性,提出一套衡量与比较添加剂抗磨和极压性能优劣的参数,并且针对实际应用中水质的不同,研究了阴阳离子对其在水中的摩擦学性能的影响。结果发现在水介质中,阴、阳离子对添加剂的摩擦学性能具有不同的影响。其影响的实质是盐析作用和吸附作用。阳离子对极压性能影响不大,但对抗磨性能有明显的影响,并且这种影响随着盐析作用的强弱而增减。阴离子对添加剂的摩擦学性能影响较大。
In this paper, the problems existing in water-soluble extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives were briefly introduced and the water-soluble lauryl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate rare earth complex was synthesized.
