结晶器调宽技术已向高速方向发展,许多国家钢铁企业开发的高速调宽NS-VWM系统完全实现了高速自动在线调宽,以国内某厂连铸机结晶器控制系统改造为背景开展了结晶器在线调宽控制模型的研究。首先分析了结晶器调宽工艺机理,研究了实现在线调宽最优化的模型特性,利用多元线性回归的数学方法,建立了窄边调宽速度的数理模型。应用MATLAB编制了模型仿真系统,并对建立的模型进行了显著性检验。应用大量数据对回归模型的残差进行了理论分析,结果表明所建立的调宽速度模型检验误差小,符合现场实际生产需要。
Crystallizer widening technology has been to the high-speed direction, many countries, iron and steel enterprises to develop high-speed widened NS-VWM system fully automatic high-speed online widening, a domestic plant caster mold control system transformation as the background of the crystallization Research on On-line Wide Modulation Control Model. Firstly, the mechanism of mold widening process was analyzed, the model characteristics of online mold width optimization were studied, and the mathematic method of multivariate linear regression was used to establish the mathematical model of narrow mold width. The model simulation system was compiled by MATLAB, and the significance of the model was tested. A large amount of data is used to analyze the residuals of the regression model. The results show that the error of the model for adjusting the width of the widening speed is small and meets the actual production needs in the field.
