目的:研究补阳还五汤联合运动训练对脑梗死大鼠神经元突触重建的影响。方法:用自体血栓经导管注入右侧大脑中动脉建立大鼠局灶性脑梗死模型,分别给予生理盐水、运动训练、补阳还五汤以及补阳还五汤联合运动训练处理,观察神经功能损伤情况,脑组织中突触体素P38(P38)和生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)的动态表达变化。结果:运动训练、补阳还五汤和联合治疗均能够使大鼠神经功能损伤评分降低,P38,GAP-43表达增加,以联合治疗组最为明显。结论:补阳还五汤联合运动训练可改善脑缺血后神经行为症状,促进神经细胞突触再生重建,两者联合具有协同增效的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with exercise training on the synaptic reconstruction of neurons in cerebral infarction rats. Methods: The model of focal cerebral infarction was established by injecting autologous thrombus into the right middle cerebral artery via the catheter. The rats were given normal saline, exercise training, Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined exercise training respectively to observe the neurological function Injury, changes of dynamic expression of synaptophysin P38 (P38) and growth associated protein-43 (GAP-43) in brain tissue. Results: Exercise training, Buyang Huanwu Decoction and combination therapy can decrease the score of neurological injury, and increase the expression of P38 and GAP-43 in the combination therapy group. Conclusion: BYHWD combined with exercise training can improve neurobehavioral symptoms after cerebral ischemia and promote synaptic regeneration of nerve cells. The combination of the two drugs has the synergistic effect.
