利用离散偶极近似的方法(DDA),对具有周期排列纳米孔金薄膜的散射光学性质进行了研究。通过计算得到的散射光谱曲线,确定了表面等离子激元(SPPs)在增强和抑制薄膜散射性质方面起到了重要的作用,通过改变孔间距、孔数量和孔直径能够控制表面等离子激元对薄膜散射系数的影响。同时也分析了膜宽、膜厚对薄膜散射系数的影响,结果表明随着薄膜厚度的增加,表面等离子共振峰强度降低。
Scattering optical properties of gold films with periodically arranged nanoporous films were investigated by discrete dipole approximation (DDA). The results of the calculated scattering spectra show that surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) play an important role in enhancing and suppressing the scattering properties of thin films. The influence of surface plasmon polariton on the scattering of thin films can be controlled by changing the pore spacing, pore number and pore diameter The effect of the coefficient. The effects of film width and film thickness on the scattering coefficient were analyzed. The results show that the intensity of the surface plasmon resonance decreases with the increase of film thickness.
