在A356铝合金汽车转向节的成形过程中,制定的技术路线为铸造锻造复合成形技术。同时借助铸造模拟软件Adstefan和锻造模拟软件Deform,对加工过程进行系统模拟,及时预测可能存在的问题,并反复优化工艺方案。并对生产的转向节零件毛坯进行解剖分析,测试力学性能。试验结果和模拟结果基本一致,最后验证了这一热加工技术的优势和实用性。
In the A356 aluminum alloy steering knuckle forming process, the development of the technology route forging forging composite forming technology. At the same time, with the simulation software Adstefan casting and forging simulation software Deform system simulation of the processing, timely prediction of possible problems, and repeatedly optimize the process. The billet parts were analyzed for anatomy and tested for mechanical properties. The experimental results and the simulation results are basically the same, and finally verify the advantages and practicality of this thermal processing technology.
