道路交通投资带动经济发展的战略(或者说以要想富,先修路为重要指导的发展经济的工作指导方针),近年来己愈被我国各级政府所重视.在对西方学者关于交通与经济发展关系有代表性研究成果进行分析、梳理的基础上,结合中国的实际,本文提出了西方相关研究给中国的五点重要启示.
