采用废酒糟作为1种新的填充物与废旧聚乙烯制备复合材料。考察了酒糟纤维的粒径、含量对复合材料性能的影响,研究了碱溶液、偶联剂处理对复合材料力学性能和吸水率的影响。实验结果表明:酒糟纤维粒径60目材料力学性能最佳;酒糟含量的增加会降低材料的力学性能;碱溶液浓度在15%时,材料综合性能最好;偶联剂质量分数为酒糟纤维的1.5%~2.0%时材料综合性能最佳。
Using waste distiller’s grains as a new filler and waste polyethylene to prepare composites. The effects of the particle size and content of the stillage fiber on the properties of the composites were investigated. The effects of alkali solution and coupling agent on the mechanical properties and water absorption of the composites were investigated. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the 60-gauge grain of the stillage fiber are the best; the mechanical properties of the material are decreased with the increase of the stillage content; the comprehensive performance of the material is best when the alkali solution concentration is 15%; the mass fraction of the coupling agent is that of the stillage fiber 1.5% ~ 2.0% when the best overall performance of the material.
