1 病例报告 女,6岁。因外阴瘙痒伴烧灼感,排尿时疼痛加重4天来诊。妇检;外阴皮肤见明显搔抓痕迹,整个外阴及肛门周围明显充血水肿,阴道口充血更加明显见白色较稠分泌物,量中等。取分泌物涂片查见假菌丝。诊断:幼儿外阴—阴道炎。用2％小苏打冲洗外阴后复方制霉菌素霜(本院自制)外涂外阴部并用KS微波治疗仪照射外阴。经综合治疗2天后瘙痒及外阴部皮肤充血减轻。继续治疗1周后才发现患儿多饮多尿。查尿:尿 1 case report Female, 6 years old.
