报道了汉防己甲素（汉甲）、克矽平、抗矽一号（即磷酸羟基喹哌）和柠檬酸铝（柠铝）及其联合用药对矽肺大鼠和矽肺病人血清中Ⅰ型胶原含量的变化。在动物实验中，汉甲及克矽平对胶原代谢的作用较强且效果稳定。抗矽一号及柠铝对染尘时血清胶原含量上升也有抑制作用，但停药后有回升。临床观察也显示汉甲和抗矽一号联合用药可抑制矽肺进程中血清Ⅰ型胶原含量的升高
