抗痨凝胶介入治疗多耐药肺结核空洞

目的探讨抗痨凝胶介入治疗多耐药肺结核空洞的临床疗效。方法经纤维支气管镜导管介入多耐药肺结核空洞病灶内 ,将由利福平、异烟肼和丁胺卡那霉素制成的抗痨凝胶填充空洞 ,并加化学治疗 52例 ,与单纯化学治疗 46例进行对比分析。结果抗痨凝胶介入治疗组疗程结束时痰菌阴转率 96 .2 % ,空洞闭合率 41 .7% ,病灶显效率 96 .2 % ,均显著高单纯化疗组的 56 .5 % ,9.8%及 1 5 .2 %(P <0 .0 1 )。结论抗痨凝胶介入治疗多耐药肺结核空洞的临床疗效显著优于单纯化疗组 ,且无明显的并发症及毒副作用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anti-inflammatory gel interventional treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The fibrobronchial tubes were inserted into the multi-drug resistant tuberculosis cavity. The anticonvulsant gel made of rifampicin, isoniazid and amikacin was filled into cavities. Fifty-two cases were treated with chemotherapy, 46 cases were treated for comparative analysis. Results The results showed that the sputum negative conversion rate was 96.2%, the void closure rate was 41.7%, the effective rate of lesions was 96.2% at the end of anti-inflammatory gel interventional therapy group, which were significantly higher than that of the pure chemotherapy group (56.5%, 9.8% % And 15.2% (P <0.01). Conclusion The anti-TB gel interventional treatment of multi-resistant tuberculosis cavity clinical efficacy was significantly better than the chemotherapy group, and no significant complications and side effects.
