浮选机内部流场复杂,为充分了解其运动特性,对其进行数值模拟研究。在数值模拟计算工作中,模拟对象的几何建模及网格划分是进行CFD计算的一项重要工作,恰当的建模及高质量的网格决定CFD计算的精度和效率。介绍应用三维建模软件SolidWorks及CFD前处理软件Gambit对实验室单槽XFD-1L浮选机建模及网格划分,为浮选机流场模拟计算奠定基础。
The flotation machine internal flow field is complex, in order to fully understand its movement characteristics, its numerical simulation study. In numerical simulation work, the geometric modeling and meshing of simulation objects are an important work in CFD calculation. Proper modeling and high-quality mesh determine the accuracy and efficiency of CFD calculation. This paper introduces modeling and meshing of laboratory single tank XFD-1L flotation machine using SolidWorks and CFD preprocessing software Gambit, laying the foundation for the flotation machine flow field simulation.
