以格栅吊顶场所自动喷水灭火系统中喷头的水量分布为主要研究对象,通过格栅吊顶参数的变化,进行了一系列实际实验,研究不同安装方式下不同喷头水量分布与格栅吊顶参数的关系。研究结果表明:格栅的不同参数会改变喷头水量分布的均匀性,进而影响其灭火效果。在确定的工作压力条件下,格栅的设置形式、镂空率和格栅距喷头的安装高度是影响喷头水量分布的主要因素。
The water distribution of the sprinklers in the sprinkler system of the grille ceiling was taken as the main research object. A series of practical experiments were carried out by changing the parameters of the grille ceiling, and the distribution of water quantity of different nozzles and the parameters of the grille ceiling under different installation modes relationship. The results show that the different parameters of the grille can change the uniformity of the nozzle water distribution, and then affect the fire extinguishing effect. Under certain working pressure conditions, the form of grille, the hollowing rate and the installation height of the grille from the nozzle are the main factors that affect the water distribution of the nozzle.
