刘源吉周群孙庆镇摘要金融系统作为我国经济发展的核心,在经济建设中发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文通过对当前新形势下金融系统犯罪的特点、成因分析,提出了相关的司法建议和对策,并且立足检察机关职能就如何预防金融系统职务犯罪提出观点。 Liu Yuanji Zhou Qun Sun Qingzhen Abstract As the core of China’s economic development, the financial system has played an increasingly important role in economic construction. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of the crimes in the financial system under the new situation, this paper puts forward relevant judicial suggestions and countermeasures. Based on the functions of the procuratorial organs, this article puts forward some views on how to prevent job-related crimes in the financial system.
