选择大庆油田采油六厂土壤腐蚀性严重区域的 10口油水井作为工程试验井 ,对其浅表层套管实施阴极保护。完成了深井牺牲阳极地床的设计、阳极种类的选择、阳极形状的设计与计算、阳极排的安装与工程施工、现场测试及保护效果评价等。试验结果表明 :该项技术可使地表下 15 0m深范围内的浅表层套管的保护电位负于 - 0 85V(Cu/CuSO4 ) ,消除了阳极区 ,使浅表层套管获得保护
10 wells in Daqing Oilfield, No. 6 Oil Recovery Corps, with serious soil erosion area, were selected as engineering test wells, and cathodic protection was applied to their superficial casing. Completed the deep well sacrificial anode bed design, anode type selection, anode shape design and calculation, anode row installation and construction, field testing and evaluation of the protection effect. The experimental results show that this technique can protect the superficial casing at a potential of -85V (Cu / CuSO4) from the surface layer within the depth of 150m, and eliminate the anode zone to protect the superficial casing
