一、前言随着水电建设事业的不断发展,各种类型大、中、小型的水轮发电机组,特别是高水头和低水头大流量机组必将更多的出现。由于设计,计算,制造,按装,运行等方面都存在这种或那种问题,以及人们对噪声与振动危害的重视,因而对噪声与振动及之相关的动态过程的要求亦愈来愈高。为了希望能在机组设计时,就能对可能引起噪声、振动的有关因素进行仔细研究,并加以控制和预防,在这种情况下,我们对全国13个省、市大中小型水力发电站
I.
