目的探讨人体瘦素与甲状腺疾病之间的关系及Leptin在甲状腺疾病中作用。方法正常对照组、甲状腺功能亢进组、甲状腺功能减退组清晨空腹采血,用放射免疫分析法测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸、高灵敏促甲状腺激素、瘦素水平。结果与正常对照组相比,甲亢患者,FT3、RT4显著升高。sTSH降低,瘦素水平没有显著变化;甲低患者FT3、FT4显著降低,sTSH显著升高,瘦素水平明显升高。结论血清瘦素水平与甲状腺功能之间存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human leptin and thyroid diseases and the role of Leptin in thyroid diseases. Methods Normal control group, hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group were fasting fasting blood in the morning, serum free triiodothyronine, free tetraethionine, high sensitivity thyrotropin and leptin were measured by radioimmunoassay . Results Compared with the normal control group, FT3 and RT4 were significantly increased in patients with hyperthyroidism. sTSH decreased, there was no significant change in leptin levels; FT3, FT4 significantly decreased in patients with hypothyroidism, sTSH increased significantly, leptin levels increased significantly. Conclusion There is a correlation between serum leptin level and thyroid function.
