视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞对保护和维持视觉功能极为重要。RPE细胞的这些功能与钙通道及激活后的钙离子内流密切相关。RPE细胞钙通道的结构决定了其功能特征、蛋白质磷酸化、钙调蛋白及钙反馈调节的特性,由此形成的信号传递对许多生理活动进行精确调控。
Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells are crucial for protecting and maintaining visual function. These functions of RPE cells are closely related to the calcium channel and the influx of calcium ions after activation. The structure of calcium channels in RPE cells determines the characteristics of their function, phosphorylation of protein, calmodulin and calcium feedback regulation, and the resulting signal transduction provides precise control of many physiological activities.
