目的:研究补气活血方及其拆方药理血清对大鼠诱导凋亡椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:用细胞免疫化学和积分光密度分析等方法比较分析补气活血方及其拆方补气方、活血方药理血清对诱导凋亡大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1表达的影响。结果:补气活血方、补气方、活血方组相比,Sox9表达升高,TGF-β1表达降低,均有统计学意义(P<0.01);补气活血方组与补气方、活血方组比较,TGF-β1表达明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补气活血方及其拆方可以调控大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞内TGF-β1、Sox9表达,其延缓椎间盘退变的机制可能与调控细胞的凋亡相关因子有关。 Objective: To study the effect of Buqi Huoxue Fang and its disassembled pharmacological serum on the expression of Sox9 and TGF-β1 in induced apoptosis nucleus pulposus cells in rats. Methods: The effects of Buqi Huoxue Decoction and Buqian Buqi Buqi Recipe and Huoxue Recipe serum on the expression of Sox9 and TGF-β1 in intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells were compared by the method of immunocytochemistry and integral optical density. Results: Compared with Buqi Huoxue Fang, Buqi Fang and Huoxue Fang group, the expression of Sox9 and the expression of TGF-β1 were decreased (all P <0.01) Compared with the control group, the expression of TGF-β1 was significantly decreased (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Buqi Huoxue Fang and its disassembled formulas can regulate the expression of TGF-β1 and Sox9 in rat nucleus pulposus nucleus pulposus, which may be related to the apoptosis-related factors regulating the cell apoptosis.
