电力辅业公司行业门类多,专业跨度大,承担了安排主业冗员的重担,职工队伍整体素质较低,大多职工学非所用。面对严峻的市场竞争和挑战,更需要建立健全教育培训体系,通过加强职工教育培训工作,提高企业的真正实力,以适应企业发展壮大的需求。本文结合火电企业辅业公司的现状,对辅业公司的培训方式进行了多方位的阐述。
There are many kinds of electric auxiliary companies in the industry and their professional spans are large. They have undertaken the task of arranging the redundancy of the main industry. The overall quality of the workforce is low, and most of the workers and staff are unused. In the face of severe market competition and challenges, it is even more necessary to establish and perfect a system of education and training so as to enhance the real strength of enterprises through strengthening education and training of staff and workers so as to meet the needs of the development and expansion of enterprises. Combined with the current situation of auxiliary companies in thermal power enterprises, this paper elaborates the training methods of auxiliary companies in various directions.
