分析了采气单井站噪声的主要来源,测量了噪声强度,分析了其频谱特性。通过现场试验提出了有效的降噪措施,分析了其降噪效果,提出了进一步的降噪措施。结果表明,单井站噪声主要来源为节流阀、分离器和工艺管道,主要噪声源强度为85~102 dB(A),单井站噪声是以中高频为主的宽频噪声。通过采取加大二级节流阀通径,优化站内工艺管道敷设方式等措施,单井站噪声可降低约9 dB(A)。(In this paper, the main sources of noise in single gas production stations in Longwangmiao Fm gas reservoirs in Moxi block are investigated. The noise intensity is measured and the noise spectral is analyzed. Through field tests, effective noise reduction measures are proposed, and the effect of noise reduction is analyzed. Then the further noise reduction measures are proposed. The results show that the main sources of noise in single gas stations are throttling valves, separators and process pipelines. The intensity of the main noise sources are 85~102dB (A). The noise is a broadband noise dominated by medium and high frequency. The noise can be reduced by about 9 dB (A) by means of increasing the size of the second stage throttle valve and optimizing the laying way of pipeline in station.)
