长期以来,对于水敏性地层,都是选择油基压裂液来完井。磷酸酯胶凝剂对水敏性地层清洗的有效性,使之同凝析油或炼制油一起作为压裂液在阿尔伯塔中西部得到广泛应用。由于碳氢化合物的惰性和对粘土的抑制性,烃基完井液比水基压裂液渗透性好。当发现3个炼厂蒸馏塔排出口的污垢是由于烃基压裂液中的磷酸盐所引起时,人们就开始研制非磷酸盐的烃基胶凝刑剂系统(NPHGS)。本文详细地阐述了胶凝剂的发展过程,介绍了NPHGS的稳定性试验和对地层渗透率损害试验。试验结果表明:NPHGS比现有的胶凝剂体系稳定性好,对地层损害小。
For a long time, for water-sensitive formations, oil-based fracturing fluids were selected to complete well. The effectiveness of phosphate gelling agents in water-sensitive formation cleaning has made them widely used as fracturing fluids in the Midwest of Alberta along with condensate or refinery oils. Hydrocarbon completion fluids have better permeability than water-based fracturing fluids because of hydrocarbon inertness and clay inhibition. When it was discovered that the fouling at the outlet of the three refinery distillation columns was caused by phosphate in hydrocarbon-based fracturing fluids, the development of a non-phosphate hydrocarbon gelling agent system (NPHGS) was started. This article elaborates the development of gelling agent, introduces the stability test of NPHGS and the damage test of formation permeability. The experimental results show that NPHGS has better stability than the existing gellant system and less damage to the formation.
