某制药厂以中药为原料主要生产中药固体制剂,整个生产工艺产生的废水中含有较高的有机污染物,根据市场需求及企业发展将现有厂房扩建,同时新建一套生产废水处理系统用以处理产生的废水,根据相关政策法规,处理后的出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。设计采用生化+化学氧化+BAF,实际运行结果表明该工艺组合出水各项指标均能稳定的达标排放。
A pharmaceutical factory takes traditional Chinese medicine as its main raw material to produce traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) solid preparations. The wastewater generated from the whole production process contains high levels of organic pollutants. The existing plant will be expanded according to market demand and business development. Meanwhile, a new wastewater treatment system In accordance with the relevant policies and regulations, the treated effluent will implement Class A standard of “Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant” (GB18918-2002). The design of biochemical + chemical oxidation + BAF, the actual operation results show that the combination of technical indicators of water discharge can be a stable discharge.
